We also work closely with other healthcare staff in surgery and in the community.
You may be directed to see the Practice Pharmacist regarding your medication review this will be at the request of your doctor and in order to provide you with a comprehensive review of your medications.
You can book in to see them directly to assist you with any queries regarding any medications you have been prescribed.
The Community Coach can meet you in surgery to provide advice and support you on your journey into, or, back to work.
Midwives provide weekly antenatal clinics at the practice.

Community Nurses provide an invaluable service, mainly to patients who are housebound.
They perform most nursing procedures to patients who cannot normally get to the surgery as well as holding some central clinics for patients with more complex needs.
If you feel that you need the help of a District Nurse, please speak to a doctor about it.
The health visiting team supports children and their families within the community; predominately children under five.
The service offers general advice, support, and access to resources around child and family health/social issues and often includes referral to other members of the multi-disciplinary care team.
